CANCELLATION Policy

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

• Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hrs. of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total services scheduled.

All Reservations  are marked as No Call/No show  15 mins past the time of the appointment.

A No Call/No Show will result in a charge 0f 100% of the total services scheduled.

Late Policy - If you know you are going to be late for your appointment please  call or txt (512)284-2275 we may have to cancel or reschedule all or part of your services.

As a courtesy, We send automated reminders for upcoming appointments 72 hours in advance
